Refund policy

Since all our items are made to order, we can't accept returns. If something arrives damaged, though, we'll be happy to exchange it. Once your order is shipped, it's out of our hands. If you decide to return or refuse the item, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost. But don't worry, we're happy to re-ship the order as soon as you cover the shipping fee.
